Jesus is giving insight into who He really is. He is the Way of God.
The Truth (reality) of God. He is 'the Life of God.' Each of these
statements can stand alone, yet they all come together in Jesus

Your daughter is asking good questions. Even the disciples needed
instruction in this area. Notice the very next thing Jesus says is,
"If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from
now on you know Him and have seen Him." What did He mean? It is
deeply spiritual.

What we need to understand is that Jesus Christ is God Himself
revealed in human form. For this reason Jesus was both God, but
He was also man. As a man He could take our place in judgment. If
we receive Him as our Lord and Savior, He becomes our salvation.
This is what Jesus meant in saying, "No one comes to the Father but
through Me." But if we reject Him, then we have rejected the way, the truth,
and the life.

There is much to be said in this, but I'll limit myself for the sake
of time. However, there is something you may wish to do. Our
ministry sponsors a study group that you and/or your daughter are welcome
to subscribe to. We supply Bible studies and encourage open
