In many respects Christianity and Judaism are mirror reflections of
one another. When you speak of early Christianity, I assume you
are speaking of when Christianity was exclusively Jewish. In this
case the Christians Jews continue to worship on the Sabbath, but
first day worship was also incorporated very early on. Eventually
first day worship became the norm for both Jewish and Gentile
Christians.

The one aspect of Jewish life that was carried over into Christianity
would be the moral imperatives. Christianity believes in holiness of
life just as the ancient Jews did. After all we share the same Bible,
with the exception that Christians have the apostolic records.
