Thanks for writing. I'll respond to your query as we move along.
You said:

To begin with our ministry is not pentecostal. However, since I
have pentecostal in my background I will share some with you.
(There are pentecostal sites on the web that could do a better

There is no single founder of the pentecostal movement.
Actually there are a number of pentecostal denominations and
organizations. You have groups such as the Assemblies of God,
Church of God in Christ, the United Pentecostal Church, and
100s of others. As a rule they all trace their beginnings back to
what is called 'the Azuza Street Revival.' (You can use a search
engine and see what that term will retrieve for you.)

Briefly, the Azusa revival speaks of certain events that ran from
1906 to 1913 in Los Angeles. Speaking in tongues was a major
issue.

> Social Justice Teachings ...

I recommend that you check with the Assemblies of God on the
web. This this is one of the two largest of the pentecostal
groups. But, as I said earlier, there are a great number of
pentecostal groups and their stand on social justice teaching
may vary.

Most pentecostals follow a format similar to that of many
Protestant churches. They have a Sunday morning and Sunday
evening service, and usually a Wednesday evening service.
This is fairly traditional.

Pentecostals are non-liturgical. Their services are usually quite
active, which includes special singing, clapping of hands, raising
hands in worship, etc. Their rituals (of course pentecostals
wouldn't especially like that term) include water baptism and the
Lord's supper (communion). Some practice foot washing.
