Afraid I can't help you much with this one. You simply need a better understanding of what the Baptism of the Holy Spirit actually means. This 'baptism' takes place when we are born again. We are 'baptized' (placed fully) into Christ Jesus. Out this experience is where we learn how to live a life in the Spirit.

As for speaking in other languages, there are only three instances where that happened in the Scriptures. In each case it was a sovereign act of God. No one expected to speak in tongues. No one was asking to speaking in tongues. And no where in the Scriptures are we given a formula for learning how to speak in tongues.
