Angel,
Morality is something that is coded in our human nature. On the moral side
you will find Buddhists teaching much the same as to Christians and Jews. This
is because God has placed in us what is called conscience. And so Christians and
Jews sharing the same morals will be true, but it is also true is most every
cultural group.
This is why it is good to keep in mind is that the adage Jesus used, the
statement in Tobit 4:15, and the Leviticus 19:18 Scripture is pretty general in
nature. As for how Christians and Jews would view these passages, it would
depend which segment you are referring to. For example Judaism has never been a
monolithic religion. Because of this you will have a number of very slanted
views from some groups and liberal views from others. (Same with Christians.)
An example would involved Rabbinic Judaism. They pretty much teach that
Gentiles in general are not fully human as they themselves are. Therefore you
don't have to be concerned with 'loving' Gentiles. But you also have the more
liberal groups, such as Reformed Judaism who would take the opposite view in
that we should care for all people.
See the problem? There is not a simple answer.
Blessings,
Buddy
