Karol,
Your husband is a sinner of heart. He needs to repent from this evil
thinking, turn to the Lord, ask for forgiveness, and accept Jesus
Christ as his own Savior.
As for Scriptures there are many:
One of the ten commandments is, "You shall not commit adultery." (Exo20:14)
Jesus said, "'You shall not commit adultery'; but I say to you that
everyone who looks at a woman and lusts for her has already
committed adultery with her in his heart." (Matt5:26,27)
Proverbs
6:32 says, "The one who commits adultery with a woman
is lacking sense; he who would destroy himself does it."
There are many other Scriptures but this will give you something to
work with.
