This is a difficult area for the simple reason that the feasts
cannot be observed Biblically any longer. You can set aside the
days as you wish, but to observe them properly you would have
to live in Israel during second temple Judaism. Once the temple
was destroyed, this did away with the ability to celebrate the
feast properly.
As for the Bible dates, I can't help you on that one. Sorry. But I
do agree that Santa Claus and the Easter bunny come right out
of pagan idolatry.
