I'm sorry about the long road of sin. Perhaps I can help a
bit. Here are some things that you can consider.
At our web site there are a couple of places that you need
to check out with regard to studies. First go to:
http://www.christianchallenge.org/hebraic-foundations/index.html
These studies cover a large range of issues that are
important to believers. They are studies that have been posted
on an educational forum that our ministry sponsors. (I serve
as host.) We make the studies available to the public.
Secondly, go to:
http://www.christianchallenge.org/hebraic-foundations/Acts/index.html
(Use the full address)
This is a series of short studies on the Acts of the
Apostles. As in the afore study group, begin at the bottom and
work up. The Acts studies are unique in that we take you on a
journey with the apostles. You get to see how the doctrines of
the early believers developed over time.
Thirdly, we have an educational and dialogue forum called
Hebraic-Foundations. It is for Christians of all walks to have
a place to come together for Biblical discussion. Our largest
representative membership are former UPC folk. You can
subscribe at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Hebraic-Foundations/
(Be sure to complete the questionnaire.)
Chris, feel free to communicate with me personally. I have
a lot of UPC folk, including present and former ministers who
write me. I've been able to help quite a few folk get their
lives together.
Keep me posted on how things are going.
May the Lord richly reward with all that you need,
Blessings,
Buddy
